There are many aspects to health and wellness as we know, and each one requires nurturing in order for us to feel truly healthy and well.
There are the obvious factors like the food we consume, whether we are properly hydrated, how we care for our skin and how much we move our bodies. Then there are aspects like our mindset, if we spend time in nature connecting to a greater Source, if we are fulfilled, and how healthy our relationships are. All of these combined support our whole-level wellness.
If we want to be healthy AND well, which in my view are two different things, it is critical to look at our whole being. We may have perfect blood pressure readings (healthy) but we aren’t fulfilled in our work. We may be financially abundant but are struggling with our weight, or with our emotional wellness. We may seem to have it all on the outside but inside we are screaming to use our voice or feed our wild woman’s desires. We are truly a sum of our parts and there are ways to nurture each of these parts as a way to create a healthy, well, wild woman.
How can I support you in cultivating this whole-level wellness?
