Cinnamon makes everything Better! Even smoothies.

The other night after the bath, I wanted something refreshing, quenching and cool. During the winter months I rarely drink smoothies but every now and they are exactly what my body craves. Adding cinnamon, a warming spice, transformed this cold drink into the perfect winter bevvie.

  • 1 fresh banana

  • 1 cup, approx. frozen blackberries that I just happened to have picked this past summer

    1 cup, approx. frozen fresh apple juice from some apples I had juiced in the fall and frozen into cubes. I used this pan. Perfect for anything from brownies to…apple juice!

  • few shakes of cinnamon. I use this cinny.

  • 1/2 cup water

Toss everything into the blender and voila, this gorgeous, bright, healthy smoothie emerges. Enjoy.
